About our Founder

‘The Seven Collective’ is an aviation consultancy firm led by Lachlan Conn, an experienced aviation leader with more than 13 years of experience working for airlines such as Qantas, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways.

Lachlan is well-versed with complicated projects, managing the operational readiness and project delivery at an enterprise level covering all Customer Experience workstreams for the FIFA World Cup 2022, he managed a strategic PMO and guided external airline staff to drive a major Airline Transformation project in Africa, along with overseeing a cross-functional department responsible for managing and delivering more than 100 enterprise projects for Qatar Airways.

From his early days, he dreamt of soaring through the sky and being a part of the dynamic and ever-evolving aviation industry. Little did he know that his journey would take him through various roles and airlines, ultimately leading him to creating his own consultancy firm.
